These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the use of services provided by A(Plus) Mobile Detailing, an Arizona-based mobile car detailing business (referred to as "Company," "we," "us," or "our") to its customers (referred to as "Client," "you," or "your"). By booking and utilizing our services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms.
1. Services Provided
A(Plus) Mobile Detailing offers a variety of mobile detailing services, including, but not limited to, exterior and interior cleaning, waxing, polishing, engine cleaning, and more. Detailed descriptions of our services are available on our website or can be provided upon request.
2. Service Area
Our mobile detailing services are available within the Phoenix, Arizona area and surrounding regions. Additional fees may apply for services rendered outside of our standard service area.
3. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our website, by phone, or via email. Payment for services is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and mobile payment options (such as PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and CashApp). A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking for certain services or events.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments without incurring a cancellation fee if done at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a fee of up to 20% of the total service cost. In cases of inclement weather (such as rain or snow), we will contact you to reschedule the appointment at no additional charge.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure that the vehicle or property to be serviced is accessible at the scheduled appointment time. Additionally, clients are responsible for providing access to a water outlet and/or electricity. It is the client's responsibility to ensure the vehicle is safe for detailing (i.e., free from hazardous materials or conditions). Clients must disclose any existing damages or special conditions, such as delicate or custom finishes, prior to the commencement of the service.
6. Liability and Damages
A(Plus) Mobile Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle or property. While we take all reasonable precautions to avoid damage during the detailing process, in the event of accidental damage caused by our negligence, we will either repair or compensate for the damage at our discretion. Our liability is limited to the cost of the detailing service, and we will not be held responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Product and Equipment Use
We utilize professional-grade cleaning and detailing products and equipment. All products are safe for use on vehicles unless otherwise indicated. If a client requests the use of specific products or materials, we cannot guarantee the safety or effectiveness of those products.
8. Personal Information (Privacy Policy)
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for purposes related to booking, payment processing, and communication. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or to facilitate the services (e.g., through payment processors).
9. Modifications
A(Plus) Mobile Detailing reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to clients via email or through our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications to these terms.
10. Appointment Time Flexibility
We understand that unexpected events, such as traffic or other unforeseen delays, may affect the timing of your appointment. As such, we reserve the right to adjust the scheduled appointment time by up to 90 minutes without incurring any additional fees. We will notify you as soon as possible if such a delay is necessary.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Phoenix, Arizona.
